Can the HR department enter Participants' Enrollment Choices for Open Enrollment in SSBEN? I know it can be done as a flex or non-flex program in the Professional forms.
I attempted to add the manager self service Benefits menu to the custom menu for HR Representatives in an attempt to allow these users to take action on their organizations' employees. It worked for some of the users because they were managers but others only saw their own name and could not take action on the employees. I also set up and attached the security profile for each responsibility. But, before I go any further, is this possible? Thanks.
