hello all,
I am attempting to create a responsibility for HR representatives in our company to process benefit selections for employees in their organization.
I attempted to copy a seeded responsibility and add to a new one.
I also attempted to use the Manager Self Service (MSS) menu to do this, but no luck.
I set the security profile so that each of the locations representatives would only see their employees, it only brings up the hierarchy of the person attached to my username.
My ultimate goal is to use the functionality that is similar to MSS taking actions on their employees benefits, but again, no luck.
Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this??
