Do not use iSQL*Plus, it is obsolete.
Check the service is active for your database.
Check the new installation did not reuse the previous url/port.

Thank you for the replay on my question

But my dear friend the iSQL service is not shown in the services index, and i'm able to login in SQL PLUS, i need to login in iSQL for the work. And new installation or reuse is not done from my site.

Give me a resolution.

Thanks & Regards,
Krushant Chauhan

I do not remember the service name but if it is not there this means that the feature has not been installed (or has been uninstalled) and so can't use iSQL*Plus.

So use it.

Why?
