Event Alert is not running.. I can't find it in the Requests..
No emails are being sent.. although if i make it periodic , it works properly.
table name: IBY_PAY_SERVICE_REQUESTS
Application: Payments
select statement:
SELECT CALL_APP_PAY_SERVICE_REQ_CODE
into &OUTPUT1
from iby_pay_service_requests
where rowid = :ROWID
everything is well defined..
I would appreciate your help

Hi,
In the Alert, select the Alert Details button.
Then select the Installations tab. Have you populated the Oracle ID and Operating Unit?
Cheers,

Hi,
So, in the Event Details tab, is the application: Payments
and Table: IBY_PAY_SERVICE_REQUESTS ?
and the After Insert and After Update are ticket?
Lastly, when you select Verify, does it state it has successfully parsed?
Cheers,
Russ.
