DB: 10.1.0.4, upgraded previously from 8.1.7.4, SEGMENT_SPACE_MANAGEMENT=MANUAL.

Plan to reorg APPLSYSD over different schedules with the aim of minimize service interruption.
With respect to database perspective, we believe this can be done; but is this process support in 11i application?
The APPLSYSD tablespace will not drop until all segments in APPLSYSD move to NEW tablespace.
As NEW tablespace is created in temporary disk, will relocate the datafiles and rename the tablespace as APPLSYSD after old APPLSYSD dropped.
