I'm a Forms developer who needs to call HRMS APIs to create recruitment records.
Prior to our upgrade to 11.5.10.2, I was able to call all APIs using a normal DB login i.e. not an Oracle Apps user, but since the upgrade I now cannot.
Error is 'ORA-00942: table or view does not exist'.

Any assistance gratefully appreciated.
