I would like to know how I can prepare the header.txt containing the following tab-delimited names: (Track1), (Track2), (Track3) by UNIX in BWA mapping.

Would you please help me, if you know?

I really do not know, it is the first time I am doing it, I want to look at my data in IGV and before I need to create header.txt in terminal.

Perhaps you should explain what it is about. True, I'm not very smart, but I have no idea what you are asking. What are all those abbreviations (BWA, IGV)? What is "header.txt"? Whose header? Does the name ("header") mean anything in this context, or could it be "any_file.txt"? What are "Tracks"?
