Hi
One of the application user complained that they got below error in the application during one of the process.
ct.cc,681- Failed to roll back work and close database- SQL_23111_16838_12770973
15, Oracle error- -24909 (ORA-24909- call in progress. Current operation cancell
ed ) AR_ERR!'.
Not sure what this error represents?
We are unable to find this ORA- error in our alert and trace filets to find the session or process which caused this?
Any inputs?
Oracle 10g , AIX

Which version you are using...
post the results for
select * from v$version ;
