I compile packages using PL Sql Developer. After compiling the package, a user goes into an Oracle form that uses the package and an error appears ie. 'ORA-04061:existing state of package has been invalidated: ORA-04065: not executed....."
After the user comes out of the form and re-enters the form, they can continue capturing.
Is there any way of compiling packages so that users don't get this error when they first go into the form?

What is (from your point of view) difference between "log off the application" and "disconnect"? Aren't they the same?
