Please tell me where can I download the following files:
1) Repository Creation Utility:

ofm_rcu_win32_11.1.1.1.0_disk1_1of1.zip

2) SOA Suite
ofm_soa_generic_11.1.1.1.0_disk1_1of1.zip

As far as I know, Oracle software is available at Oracle Technology Network. Certain products (such as patches) are to be downloaded from My Oracle Support. I guess that the OTN's download section is what you are looking for.
