Hi,

I need to retrict 90% of my users to access supplier data
of a specific VENDOR TYPE.

Example, we have a VENDOR TYPE called "COMPENSATION", today
every org_id can access data of that VENDOR TYPE (from suppliers avaiable on their org).

I need to have a rule, that disallows almost all users ( except a few ones ), to
see data, create/pay invoices of that VENDOR TYPE.
