U means SQL developer means PL/SQL developer.
We are using PL/SQL developer but output is not readable format.
Which free tool(oracle provides) will give the better output so output is readable format.

Firt of All thank you very much to all who supported me in this context.
Any way I have installed SQL developer tool.
Now I am going to explain what is unreadable.
For example, If I have given, select * from emp;
The above query returns 14 rows so the software reads the each and every columns and its values. That is not happening in case of PL/SQL developer. (this is for dump people because they can't understand if the software does not read)
Even though sql developer tool does not support then oracle has provided the software for reading purpose.

I'm not sure what you are talking about.
I wouldn't know who "dump people" are, but I guess it was a typo. "Dumb people" are those who can not talk.
In your last message, you mentioned "blind people" (those who can not see).
Are you saying that certain software that operates with databases is capable of "talking" and, actually, "reading in loud" results of a SELECT statement user runs, so that blind people would know what they did? I never used "PL/SQL Developer" so I can't judge. "TOAD", as far as I can tell, doesn't offer that option (I searched its Help system for "accessibility", "disabled", "blind" but didn't find any relevant topic). I don't have "SQL Developer" here (and can't install it right now) to check.
Or, do you (actually, a person you mentioned) have another software that is capable of reading (and speaking) contents of the screen?
Could you shed some more light on the issue?

Even thouth if I am using sql developer then jaws software are not reading. Is there any compateble version of sql developer with jaws?
