Hi,
I am getting the PDE-POC004 General OCI error whenever I am trying to connect to data base in my reports builder.
I re installed to see whether that will resolve this issue. Still it is not solved.
Can any body help me to solve this this problem .

Thanks for the reply.
I found some thing like this
#sqlnet.authentication_services=(beq, oss).
I think it is already commented because # is there .
Can you suggest any other solution please.

Well, Metalink suggests that you should check Developer version you have installed. If it is Developer 6i Export, remove it and re-install Developer 6i Domestic.
I must admit that I have never heard of such distinction; this is what I managed to find (dated in 2008):Quote:There used to be a domestic and international version of forms because of encryption technology export laws in the USA.
This is no longer true and you have only one version of forms6i which you can download from otn.oracle.com/products/forms
I'm not sure that it will help, but - perhaps you might try to investigate a little bit more.
