Daer Experts,
please explain what is OPN, i read about oracle website,
why should i entroll as OPN?
What is the use?
if i entroll it has to renewed 90 days
is it free or what?
we are using oracle licensing database
when i register in Pearson VUE to schedule a oracle exam they asking OPN ID
is it necessary? if not what is the impact?
please explain.

Joining the OPN (Oracle Partner Network) permits you to sell Oracle products. There are qualification criteria. You have to pay, and in return you get various discounts and support services.
