What should be the gateway ip while installing clusterware on VMware [message #449871]

Details

I am using
HOST OS: Windows XP sp2
Virtualisation software: VMware Workstation ACE Edition 6.0.0
Target OS for RAC: RHEL4
Planned DB version: 10g Release 2, clusterware 10g

When I have installed VMware ACE workstation on Windows xp
Now i am confused what should be the gateway value on RAC node 1 and node 2?

I am currently referring to attached doc by Vincent Chan from RACSIG.
Below is the the network configurations after vmware installation.

Please help me.

VMWare Workstation not supporting Cluster. Try from Vmware Server

From Private network you can specify gateway same as pubilc network.
