I am try to install oracle 9i on window 7 operating system.
I unable to run the setup.exe and install it.

Is the computer turned on?

Oh, and 9i was never and will never be supported on Windows 7

I don't think that combination of Oracle 9i and MS Windows 7 is certified (can't check as My Oracle Support suffers from the Internal Server Error at the moment).

The problem i am occur is when i try to install the setupexe. i unable to run it? Is this compatible problem for oracle 9i and window 7.

The problem we have is that "i unable to run it" gives us no information on the error.
What do you think if someone comes to you on one of your applications and say: "i am unable to run it"?

Oracle did not even try to know the answer to this question. It is irrelevant for an OS that was delivered when the Oracle version was yet in extended support mode (which means no try to search for new things).
