That's what I said.
That is funny! And if you want to be a complete nitpicker, I think cookiemonster is right and Littlefoot is wrong (no offense Littlefoot).
Littlefoot says you "may" need to "call" Oracle Support.
cookiemonster said to "contact" Oracle support.
So let's pick these apart. With cookiemonster's answer, you would either call or go to Metalink. In either case, you would be definitely being taking action.
With Littlefoot's answer, you may or may not take action, and only via a phone call (I don't think I have called Oracle support since 1996!).
