TNS Adopter Protocol error [message #446754]

Hi all,

I am very new to Oracle.I have installed Oracle 10g along with oracle client in a Desktop PC as shared server.There isqlplus as well as vb connection is running well.Now all pcs are in LAN.Now from other PC when I connect the oracle installed pc through isqlplus it works even ODBC connection also works.But when I go for VB executable run from other PC it shows TNS adopter protocol error.I am not able to understand how to solve this problem.Please guide me.
