Hi,

Oracle Version : Oracle 11g OUI

I use the optional paramater provided by the OUI installer to perform the prerequisite checks alone using the command line parameters mentioned below.

"setup.exe -silent -responsefile <Path to the responsefile>
-executesysprereqs"

I understand from the Oracle help, the parameter
-executeSysprereqs checks for the prerequisites and exists without actual installation.

Observation: It checks for the prerequisites and then starts the actual installation of Oracle. I tried in many of the machines and the behaviuor is the same.

Hence Could you please let me know if I am missing something around.
