We are doing a technical analysis and comparison with our 12.0.6 instance vs the new 12.1.2 app

Can someone point me in the direction of documentation that might help in analyzing the impact of this upgrade from a Technical standpoint?

Are you looking for upgrade to R12.1.2 and what modules you are looking for Impact analysis.

There are pretty much changes in R12.1.1 . But I am not sure if R12.1.2 is out yet.

There are not much Table level changes if u compare .6 to 12.1.1, thought lots of UI has been added

For R12.1.1 OM changes you can refer my blog

12.1.2 is out.
Please read the forum guide and look for Release Content Documents(RCD) 12.1.2 in Metalink.
