Perhaps it would be useful for both you and the community if you read the OraFAQ Forum Guide; in there you'll find some useful information.
One of them might be related to your very first message - please, do not wildpost. You have replied to a several years old question in the Security forum, which has nothing to do with your post - that's why we have the Community Hangout forum.
