Hi,
I have 5 databases created in oracle . Can you tell me the command used to list the Databases present in Unix env and how to find a particular DB is up and running?

1/ There is none but if your environment is correctly set you can read etc/oratab or /var/opt/oracle/oratab file
2/ "ps -eaf | grep smon" or try to connect to it
