OAS is not to be taken lightly. If you do not know what you are doing, I would not even try to install. Installation is probably no more than putting a disc in and running an install, but configuring it is very difficult in my opinion.
I was involved with my first installation about 3 years ago and it took weeks if not months to really understand the configuration in it's entirety.

I am not sure what your message means. Are you asking how to install or configure? Note that install probably has come configuration to do also.
