Hello,

I use Application express as developing tool and Oracle XE as Database and my platform is Windows 2003,

So, I want to read the text files with comma separated and load the database fields, so how can I read the folder and then read the file and separated into fields and loading into the Oracle table by adding the some more information like timestamp.
