In our boxes we normaly give
ksh #to change from Cshel to Kshell
then do . .profile #i belive its to execute profile for for kshell.
why we have to execute this manualy every time ?What i have to do to execute profile automaticaly once i login to kshell?

Yes but this is NOT a REAL Oracle related question; it could be ANY variable name this is not because you call the variable ORACLE_something it is an ORACLE question.
