Hi all,

Need your help in this one. When ever user tries to change any of the fields for one particualr item, it is throwing FRM-40654 error.
This is happening only with this particular item. There are no row-level locks in MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B. Please suggest if you have come across such issue earlier.

Please check if you have any
1.custom database triggers on MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B
2.Custom code in custom.pll
3.Personalization etc

Disable that and see if you can reproduce that
