We are planning to move our 6i Form/9i database application to the web.

Is it true that there is no Forms and Report Service in Oracle AS 10g R3 and we must use OAS 10gR2? We installed 10gR3 (10.1.3.5) on Windows 2008 but could not find any Forms stuff.

OAS 10gR2 (10.1.2.0) came out way before Windows 2008. Can it be installed and run on 64-bit Windows 2008? Any known issue on Windows 2008?

Greatly appreciate any comments or info.

Hmmm, are you sure there is no forms and reports services with 10gr3? I never heard of 10gr3, but I am not up on all the version of app server.
I know that 11g uses weblogic or at least "can" use weblogic.
Are you sure you have the versions right?
If you search on metalink, you should be able to find your answer.
