Hello!
I want to make a copy of an existing database for testing. But how to do? My idea is to make a full export first. But in the dump-file are the absolute pathes stored to the original database. So when doing the import I guess that these original datafiles will be used and not my new ones.
Can anyone give me a hint??????

Regards in advance!!

Stefan

You have to create a new database with the same tablespace names, then import and choose to ignore errors.
