Data Pump issue

Hi Oracle guru. I have one issue in oracle data pump I followed a below step

Step 1: Create directory.

CREATE DIRECTORY DBA_DIR AS 'E:\Oracle\product\10.1.0\oradata\DBADB\EXPDB';

Step 2: Give permission to the user who will use the directory DBA_DIR

GRANT EXP_FULL_DATABASE to RSH;
GRANT read, write ON DIRECTORY DBA_DIR TO RSH;

Step 3: verification

1.
Code: [Select all] [Show/ hide]

SQL> select * from all_directories where directory_name = 'DBA_DIR';

OWNER DIRECTORY_NAME
------------------------------ ------------------------------
DIRECTORY_PATH
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SYS DBA_DIR
E:\Oracle\product\10.1.0\oradata\DBADB\EXPDB

2. SQL> Select * from user_tab_privs
Where table_name = 'DBA_DIR';

GRANTEE OWNER TABLE_NAME GRANTOR PRIVILEGE GRANTABLE HIE

SYSTEM SYS DBA_DIR SYS READ YES NO

SYSTEM SYS DBA_DIR SYS WRITE YES NO

RSH SYS DBA_DIR SYS READ NO NO

RSH SYS DBA_DIR SYS WRITE NO NO

3. verified physical directory in server also is there.

4. The particular directory I am added permission of client system (computer name)

Step 4:

In client system I am running bat file (exp.bat) it's showing below error.

expdp RSH/RSH@dbadb[/email] DIRECTORY= DBA_DIR DUMPFILE=CINTITI.dmp LOGFILE=CINTITI.log

ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-39070: Unable to open the log file.
ORA-29283: invalid file operation
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 475
ORA-29283: invalid file operation

What is this error? Whether I missed any step or syntax issue?
