Hi All
I have learned CRM post sales part i.e oracle
core contracts ,service contacts and installed base etc on my own and i can say that, have good grip on these topics.
And have knowledge of Oracle apps ( GL, AP and AR modules).
Conceptually i am strong but only thing is i don't have any practical knowledge in CRM.(work exposure).
Can any one guide me how it will be in practical front.

HI JANAKI,
i am nagesh,i have learned crm and manufacturing also i have strong knowledge on service contracts,customer support,install base,depot repair,sales online,inventory,order management,purchasing,bill of materials,work in process.i have good knowledge on practice also.now i am working with Maruti udyog ltd as sales manager,if u want any doubts i will calrify and i have a lot of material also any doubts mail me.nagesh8963@gmail.com.
