next fiels gets grayed out [message #419383]

Hi, I have a field in my form which when I change it, it should display the changed value and gray-out that field. but after saving if I refresh the screen the next record gets the properties of that record ( grays out and the value changes to the previose record's value) I hope my explanation is clear enugh. I don't know how to address this issue. Please help it is very urgent

hey zoey,

you should use the post_item or the when_validate_item trigger for the text item you want to gray-out... disable it if you want or change its visual attribute programmatically...!
