We have 2 open requirements with our finance Client in San Francisco on a 6-18 month contract basis. Please review the brief outline below and get in contact with your resume if you are interested. If you are not looking for a new position yourself, but know others who have strong Streams experience - please let them know. Both positions are with different hiring managers, one is 100% administration, the other is 70% administration to 30% development. We are working exclusively with the manager on the position below;
Oracle DBA/Developer (70% administration - 30% PL/SQL development)
Responsibilities:
Will be responding to tickets in queue for various platform/application support throughout the organization - must be able to multi-task.
No production support involved; no on-call rotation.
Meet weekly with team to discuss process improvement - must be a team player who brings new ideas to the table.
Requirements:
Must have hands-on experience with PL/SQL
Experience installing and performance tuning Oracle databases
Strong experience with Oracle Streams for 10G
Huge bonus:
Oracle 11G/RAC
