It seems that you don't have required privileges in order to access SYSTEM owned object whose name is WB_RT_MAPAUDIT. (Do you really want / need to work with SYSTEM objects?)
Oracle | ORA-06550: line string, column string: string
Cause: Usually a PL/SQL compilation error.
Action: none
|
Oracle | PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object string
Cause: An attempt was made to operate on a database object without the required privilege. This error occurs, for example, if an attempt was made to UPDATE a table for which only SELECT privileges were granted.
Action: Ask the DBA to perform the operation or to grant you the required privilege.
