Hi Mahesh,
We are not going with Veritas...
#1) We have oracle10g stand alone DB's in a server. This should be moved to New server as a RAC DB with ASM.
#2) We have Oracle9i RAC DB in Veritas cluster and this also should be moved to a new server as oracle10g RAC DB with ASM.
Pls give me some idea and documents.

>I didnt find anything related to new server migration.
I am IMPRESSED!
You were able to read the whole Oracle Doc. set in under 60 minutes
I am not your mother & decline to spoon feed you.
GOOGLE & SEARCH are you friends, but only when you actually use them.

As BlackSwan stated, it would be best for you to do more research rather than just see if you can get a cookbook from someone else. The kind of migration you are attempting is not trivial, and should be well understood and practiced before being done for real. Regardless, you are prettying much going to be doing a filesystem to ASM migration. I would search for that topic on OTN and see what you find.
