hi,
i created simple form with one canvas and two blocks and one block has base table.I got the following error when the data are inserted to the base table.

FRM-40501: ORACLE error: unable to reserve record for update or delete.

please let me know the reason why this error has occurred and how to rectify it as soon as possible.

FRM-40501: ORACLE error: unable to reserve record for update or delete.

Cause:  A fatal error occurred while trying to select the record for update.

Action:  Pressing [Display Error] provides more information, if it is available. You can also try to update or delete this record later. If necessary, contact your DBA.
