I have a Linux Server with Redhat Linux AS4 Enterprise Edition. Oracle 9i database is installed in it. Currently applications are Forms6i and Reports 6i run through an Application Server. I would like to develop some new modules using PHP. How do I go about ? Apache is running on this server using which iSqlPlus is being used

Where do I get the package OCILogon ? I understand that some rpm needs to be installed on the Linux Server. What is that and how do I go about ?

Please read the link I posted you.
In the Wiki page you'll find:
