Dear All,

I have installed Oracle 9i Server in my PC. From OEM i discovered a database which is running from another IP. That DB is in Oracle 10g. In that DB i have created a user and granted some privilege like
1. Create Session
2. Select Any Table
3. Select Any Dictionary view

I can't connect with any user except SYS.

Would you give me any idea about how can i access the Database through OEM.

In Addition

When I try to connect the that database (which is in 10g)I got the
following message

This application requires You have been granted the SELECT ANY DICTIONARY VIEW privilege. Contact your DBA to grant this privilege.

Whether already this privilege has been granted.

Now waiting for your comments/suggestions.

You can not manage a 10g database with 9i OEM. You must use the 10g version.
