I am trying to upload the journals through Web ADI. I am doing the following steps to create a template where I can enter the values and upload. But I am getting some issue.These are the steps I am following.
Navigate to Desktop Integration > Create Document
Shortcut = None
Integrator = General Ledger - Journals
Viewer = Word 2003
Layout = Functional Actuals - Single
Context = None
Press Create Document
Pop up will prompt for opening the WebADI excel template - Opened
Pop up will prompt for enabling Macros - Enabled
A window opens displaying - Your document is being created
Do not close this window untill processing completes
Another window showing processing is running.
My issue is that this processing is not getting completed. It is running for indefinite time. Can anyone help on this. Why is it not getting completed.
