Is it possible view a text rtf in forms10, without to use report?

If "rtf" you are talking about is a file in Rich Text Format saved in an accessible directory, then yes - use HOST built-in to open it.

Recently there's been a topic about opening different file formats; search for it and see what's been said.

it isn't a file. it's a field long in oracle database it's in format rtf.

Search this forum for 'java thingy' and then look at the various Java sites that are referenced for one that can display formatted text.
