Hi ,
Recently I attended AN INTERVIEW for Oracle and got through the final technical round.Also I got the result as "SHORTLISTED".But after that I didn't get any call,when asked to my friend who referred me I came to know that "recruitment may be freezed" .So,my doubt is 'Can i expect any calls from the company for confirmation..' or its all over! or what can I do further. I was totally disappointed on this regard.Can anyone help me out!

If this was a job you particularly liked, you should stay in contact with them. You could send them an email, or call them to ask very politely if they already have set a timeframe for the freeze.
Remember you should avoid being pushy, but noone will turn you down just because they find out you're enthusiastic.
