I want to know that there is any way which i create a check box which look like tab canvas ?

or some thing else which show check box or Radio button like Tab Canvas

Basically i create a Form which run report through form parameter i create with tab pages i have 4 text item and some button i need that those button and text item show at all tab pages i copy paste those button and text item in all tab page but i don't need to copy paste i need to show all button and text item in all tab pages hope you understand any way this picture belong VB database i don't know this is tab page or button or even check box hope you understand my question

I think I understand; you might create a content canvas (as the main canvas) and a tab canvas which would occupy only a part of the content canvas. Items you want to see all the time may be placed to the right of the tab canvas (DNAME and LOC items in my example).
