Hi,

I have an event alert enabled for the table "WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES". Whenever a change to the responsibility assignment is done to the user, email will be sent out. But in my case for the same change in the responsibility assignment two emails of the same kind are sent out. Duplicate mails for the same change is received.

And also whatever changes are done to the responsibility is inserted into a custom table, I see that even in the custom table two records are inserted. Please let me know what has gone wrong.
