hello,
in my business I have a little server farm with 3 oracle server db installation
Since more than 10 years I do all the activities to manage these server (tablepaces check, patches, logs check etc...) but I cannot call me a real DBA (I do also make a lot of other activities in my office so I cannot spend so many time for these activities)
I learn by myself, "on field"...
now I have a nice job opportunities, oracle DBA, and I'd like to know what are the activities that a real DBA makes
a little explanation of the job

Michel, any chance you could find out, for me, how to tie my shoelaces. I've looked everywhere but there's just no information out there
