Is OC4J running? Have you placed the name of your PC in the list of addresses for which the proxy server is not to be used?

also check your internet explorer advance setting
Go internet explorer Click on Tool

Can you access your database using SQL*Plus?

If that works, create an environment variable 'tns_admin' and point it at the directory that contaisn the 'tnsnames.ora' file that lives in the database home.

HI Tulasi,
I find solution for this problem. the solution is just copy your tnsora file and listner file from oracle and paste it in forms -- admin in dev suite... so that u can be in a position to run forms...
