Dear Michel
it is not possible for me to contact support or paid metalink support, bcause company is not ready to pay for that,if export the full database then create new database on same machine and import the exported data, will it work for me.please suggest me any other solutions if available.
Regards
Jimit

Maybe yes, maybe no, it depends on the root of the bug.
We can't use our company's contract (and money) to help you, this would be a violation of this contract.
If your company don't want to pay for support, it cannot have more than the free available support.
Regards
Michel
