Hi,
My production database handle more than one thousand connection without any hurdle,But another gateway user unable to connect more than 5 minitues.
Worked areas sofar but still user disconnected after 5 min.
1.Firewall
2.sqlnet.ora
3.User able to ping DB server.
HOpe to get valuable input at the earliest.

Hi,
My production database successfully connected by more than 1000 users, But another domain user unable to connected more than 5min.
Worked around these areas,But issue still not solved

1.sqlnet.ora
2.firewall
3.user able to ping DB server.
4.profile (idle time UNLIMITED)
Help me to solve this issue.
