"10.10.0.75\famsrv" is not a hostname, like it says in the error message.

An ODBC "Server" is a completely different thing than a SQLServer "Hostname".

How about putting the real hostname in the hostname field and then clicking on "retrieve database"?

Do you know what a host is? "10.10.0.75" looks like a host, "famsrv" doesn't seem to be.

So "fams" is not a definetely NOT a host name.

You need to find someone to do it for you, who has at least some basic understanding on how computers and networks work, this is hopeless.
