I want to data to be displyed as below.
I can show the 2nd and 3rd line which is from query output but i want to print 1st line text mannually.
How i can do it in ISQL+?

Report Fields		Report Metrics			INTL001_Enterprise - Background Click	INTL001_Enterprise - CERN PDF	
Date			Advertiser Name	Impressions 	Delivered				Clicks Recorded			Video View Rate		Rich Media 		Rich Media 
10/jan/1009		test		test		test					test				test			test			test
