Hi,

Is it possible to restore a RAC, ASM DB's RMAN Backup file into Non-RAC, Non-ASM DB?

Please Advice me, Thanks in Advance.

Yes.
There is no difference in restoration procedures.

Yes there is no difference in restoration procedure .
Only difference is to set newname for datafiles.
