Hi all,

I have changed the server from windows to AIX, I have tested the test fmx file after the application server installed, its work. after that i have copied the all of my fmx, plx, mmx and rep file in that location. i am getting "FRM-40010:cannot read from aaaa" error message. is anything i need to do for AIX o/s?

Please give some tips on this issue.

FRM-40010: Cannot read form %s.

Cause: One of the following:
1. You entered a nonexistent form name.
2. You typed an incomplete path.
3. You do not have the proper privileges to run the form.
4. You do not have a compiled copy of the form.

Action: Retype the form name correctly, provide the proper path name, compile the form, or contact the DBA.

As Oracle doesn't know of another cause, perhaps you have run into an unknown exception so - you might report it to Oracle Support Service.

May be 32 to 64 bit problem? windows is 32 bit but my aix is 64 bit.

please give some idea abt it.

You say you copied the 'fmx' files, etc. You need to compile then under AIX not copy them from the Windows machine.
